ABOUT US

The story of Veludo Studio began when I was 12 years old and signed up for capoeira classes. In capoeira, everyone receives a nickname, called an apelido, during the initiation. My Master gave me the nickname “Veludo,” which means soft, airy, velvety, or silky. This name, symbolizing elegance and smoothness, inspired my approach to design.
